As previously communicated in our emails , the product listing on our website clearly states that this is a reversible bonnet, meaning you may receive either the black side or the red side facing outward. The product images and description indicate this variation, and the bonnet can be worn on either side as intended.
We also offered you the option to return the bonnet for a full refund. Please note that, as mentioned in our emails, the refund process does not take three months which we mentioned multiple times in the email. The timing of a refund is dependent on when the customer returns the item. The reason your order took 3 months to arrive to you was because the item you ordered was a pre-order, with a stated ship date of April 18, which you agreed to at the time of purchase.
