Refund policy

 

Refunds- Please ensure that All information is correct before placing an order, as we will not refund Accidental orders.  If we are at fault for an issue we will give you the option  of a store credit or replace the item. 
You can always contact us for any question at Kimladbeauty@gmail.com, Once your package is shipped out, Kimladbeauty  is no way responsible for damage packages. please file a claim with the carrier if you received a damaged package 

Return - Returns may only be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, All returned items must be shipped back unused and undamaged. Please use the return address provided on the label when returning your item. If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For returns initiated by the customer, please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method. Once the item has been shipped back, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately   if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, Evidence such as receipt, and photo evidence must be provided so we can make the issue right.
