I’ve been in love with my bonnets ever since I got them. My first one unfortunately had a manufacturing error. After sending an email I was immediately met with a super polite apology for the inconvenience and was sent a new one ASAP. I’ll forever be glad this is where I spent my money at. 10/10 recommend.

I wore the tie bonnet, my first ever tie bonnet, last night and it was so comfortable. It didn't fall off or give me a headache, and the mystery fabric is a fun, orange carnival/circus pattern. Kimlad shipped it all the way to Korea for me, I'll defiitely be ordering from them again!

I received the wrong order. I contacted the business politely, to which the business responded back politely saying that there were no issues with my order. The description is a ‘mystery summer bonnet tie’ and I did received a bonnet tie but the bonnet pattern was not summer themed. It was a bright orange bonnet with kids letter blocks and a car on it. I again contacted the business, providing photos of the bonnet. The business said they couldnt offer me a solution without me spending more money. The business then became very passive aggressive through their customer service, saying that they dont want to communicate with me any further. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews especially on a small business even if they messed up, but by the way the customer service was emailing me. I feel its necessary for me to share this. By the way I was treated and that fact that my issue couldnt be solved leads me to share my story and strongly encourage that no one buys from this business.
